This is hands down the best hing I’ve used so far. It’s not too overpowering but still gives a rich, earthy flavor. Works beautifully in sambhar and rasam. Hats off to Vinayak for maintaining such quality.

Good product. Smell is authentic and taste is great. I use it daily in my cooking. Packaging is decent, but a zip-lock or glass jar option would be better for freshness. But overall, very satisfied.
